Nothdurft follows LOLMDS to BRP and All-Tech

Monday night saw Blair Nothdurft pick back up with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) at Bubba Raceway Park (Ocala, Fla.) for the two-day K&N Filters Winternationals. With 43 Late Models entered, Blair logged a sixth-place finish in his heat, transferring him into the B-Main. Needing to finish second or better, Nothdurft recorded a sixth-place outing. For another $10,000-to-win A-Main on Tuesday, Nothdurft came two spots shy of a transfer position in his heat with a fifth-place finish, relegating him into the B-Main. Transferring the Top 2 into the show, Blair fell short with a sixth-place finish.

Returning to action on Thursday at All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Fla.) for the General Tire Winter Nationals, Nothdurft followed up a sixth-place finish in his heat with a fourth-place finish in his consolation event, missing a transfer spot by one position.

For the finale on Saturday after Mother Nature axed Friday’s program, Blair slipped back to eighth in his heat, giving him one final shot at the $15,000-to-win A-Main with a B-Main appearance. Locking in the Top 2, Nothdurft’s night was over after placing seventh.
