Fifth-place finish with Tri-State Late Models at Jackson

Friday night found Blair Nothdurft in action at Jackson Motorplex (Jackson, Minn.) pulling double duty for the doubleheader weekend. Drawing 18 World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series entries, Nothdurft recorded a fourth-place finish in his heat, which positioned him eighth on the starting grid for the opening night feature. With $10,000 on the line, Blair was an early retiree from the 40-lapper on lap 17.

Returning on Saturday, Blair timed in 13th fastest in his group before placing sixth in his heat. Starting the $20,000-to-win A-Main in 11th, Nothdurft completed 29 laps before pulling in.

For the Tri-State Late Model Series finale, Nothdurft dropped two spots in the 20-lap feature to register a fifth-place finish. He trailed Bryce Sward, Nate Beyenhof, Justin Zeitner, and Chad Olsen to the checkers.

Blair is currently in second in the Tri-State Series point standings.
